With a total of five 3D measuring machines, over 4000 hand measuring devices, as well as other specialized measuring instruments, we are well equipped to continuously monitor the production of your parts.

We are a medium-sized company with 150 employees and specialize in the production of high-quality turned parts, milled parts, and complete assemblies. As a pure supplier, we serve customers from almost all industries, such as machinery and plant engineering, electrical engineering, medical technology, laser technology, and many more. On an area of 7500 m², we manufacture a demanding range of parts with 24 CNC lathes, 25 machining centers, and 7 turn-mill centers. We produce turned parts from Ø 25 mm to Ø 400 mm and milled parts up to a cube of 500 x 500 x 350 mm. All machinable materials are processed, with aluminum accounting for a particularly significant portion of the production.

Of course, we handle the entire material purchasing process, as well as all further tasks such as hardening, grinding, or surface treatments for our clients. Depending on customer requirements, we assemble the mechanically processed parts into complete assemblies. It goes without saying that we take over the purchasing of necessary DIN parts. Certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001, as well as our highly qualified and motivated employees, guarantee a very high quality level of the products produced. Combined with continuous investments in new machines and manufacturing techniques, this forms the success of our company. As an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), exporting the parts we manufacture is no issue. We deliver directly abroad or provide you with all customs-relevant documents you need for export.
